Vision
Ending strategic plan failure through a commitment to gathering and applying the ground truth.
Running our own companies, we treated strategy as an executive-only job. That boardroom vacuum created massive blind spots - stalling our growth, dragging out execution, and keeping our plans trapped in assumptions.
Everything changed when we humbled ourselves and brought our frontline teams into the strategy room. The moment ground truth met executive vision, the dam broke loose - friction vanished, strategy took hold overnight, and performance skyrocketed beyond what we thought possible.
We built Blyndspot so other leaders don't have to waste years learning that lesson. Strategic plan failure is optional - when you ground your vision in the truth of your entire team, you unleash an enterprise operating at its full potential.

Josh and John have both run several companies of their own.
