Running our own companies, we treated strategy as an executive-only job. That "perspective vacuum" created massive blind spots that kept the insight we needed overpowered by assumptions, which delayed successful execution, and ultimately stalled growth,
Everything changed when we brought our frontline teams into the strategic planning process. Josh and John have both run several companies of their own.
