We started Blyndspot because we lived this. Running our own companies, we watched strategies fail the same way every time: set at the top, without the truth from below.
We knew someone had to bring the truth into that room. If we didn't, it would keep happening. To us. To leaders like us. To every company still trying to reach a vision the truth never made it to.
So we built Blyndspot, together with the leaders committed to reaching what they set out to build.

Josh and John have both run several companies of their own.
